Our co-hosting services take the pressure off you and allow you to host stress-free. Did you know that Airbnb offers a simple feature in the app to link up with a co-host that can handle all of your hosting needs?

We have three levels of service - see the details below. Each level includes a free one-hour consultation, which can be a coffee meetup to discuss or let's meet at your rental space to do a walk-through.
SILVER
​Includes setup and management of your listing, as well as listing optimization. This covers handling of guest communications, coordinating check-ins & check-outs, and solving urgent issues during stays.
GOLD
​Includes setup and management of your listing, as well as listing optimization. This covers handling of guest communications, coordinating check-ins & check-outs, and solving urgent issues during stays. In addition, we will handle the cleaning service scheduling and do your supply runs.

This top tier program also includes light maintenance of your property (e.g. snow removal, minor landscaping, lawn mowing, sweeping, and minor repairs. You also get your space featured on our hosting Instagram account with 8k followers and growing.
HOW IT WORKS
We help you setup your listing under your own account and then you assign us as your co-host. We agree on a booking revenue split for our services ranging from 20-40% depending on the level of support you want. Airbnb takes care of the financials placing your portion in your account, and our portion in our account. You'll always have access to your account and can make any changes you want, as well as see all of your earnings information. Make it easy on yourself, and let us handle the difficult parts of hosting so you can set back and just watch the money roll in.
PHOTOGRAPHY
You also get access to our amazing photographer. Professional listing photos are worth every penny. These photos are what sell your place and get people excited to book. Don't take your own photos with your phone. We want this to be successful for both parties, so splurge on the pro photos. Please note, photography charges are in addition to our services.
CLEANING
We have fabulous cleaners. We don't just share them with anyone. They're so amazing that we keep them a secret, unless you're working with us! You'll get access to our superb cleaners, and we'll even schedule the cleaner for you. You would be responsible for paying them, but you'd charge the guests the cleaner's fee.
BIG MAINTENANCE
We will offer recommendations for the bigger maintenance items. Yes, we have an amazing plumber, electrician, HVAC, window washer, etc. We will know when something needs attention since we'll be watching over your property, and we can let you know what our recommendation is and get the visit scheduled. Of course, the fees for big maintenance will be in addition to our services. We take the stress out of dealing with all of this.
